Returns

Make your return free of charge within 50 days via GLS.

Start your session on Max Sport Store with your data and login to My Account > My Orders. 

Click on the order you intend to return.

Select the Return option.

Indicate the reason for the returning: Size change – I don’t like the product – I don’t like the color.

Select the product (s) you want to return and the quantity if it is a multi-product purchase.

Confirm the return and you will receive all the information by e-mail to book the pickup at home, or bring the package to any branch or GLS Shop (Drop Off). Printing of the booking confirmation is not mandatory, but is recommended to speed up operations.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail for the chosen return mode, then an e-mail with the return shipping number to be able to trace it.

Failure to pick up is 6€ starting from the second passage.

You can use your Mastercard, Visa, American Express and all major credit and prepaid cards directly.

At the conclusion of the order, the 3DS authentication procedure will be used and you will be redirected to the website of your bank. To conclude the order follow the required steps.

Shipping

Where is my parcel located?

After completing your order it will remain in processing for a maximum of two working days.
When your parcel is ready it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with the track link.

Do not worry if the track link is disabled or incorrect, it will be activated in a short time and you will be able to view the delivery date. 

Always check this link from which you can monitor delivery attempts that were already made and any possible problem of the courier in identifying your address. 
Remember, couriers don’t deliver by appointment and phone calls are not expected.

Shipping time

Delivery takes place within a maximum of 3 working days, to be calculated from the moment the package leaves our shop (except weekdays and holidays).

When the parcel is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find a link to click on and follow the delivery, WHICH takes place between 9.00 and 18. 00 from Monday to Friday. 
The time might change depending on the area.

Shipping costs

For all orders starting from € 60,00 shipping is free. For those whose amount is less than € 60,00 the shipping cost is € 3,90.
