Versatile belay and rappel device that can also be used in plate mode.
Master Pro was created for belaying and rappelling.
It can also be used in guide mode as a self-locking plate, to belay a second. The two "horns" that are placed at either end have two main functions:
- Additional braking with thin ropes by passing them under the horns themselves.
- Ability to attach a ring for a release maneuver.
Its body is designed with a series of holes on the sides to reduce weight, but more importantly to disperse heat and consequently not overheat the rope passing through it.
Ideal for routes where you do not want to stress anchors.
