Delivery Methods

Max Sport S.n.c will deliver the selected and purchased products via express courier to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of the order, as confirmed in the summary email referred to in point 3.3.

Orders will be processed as soon as they are received. Max Sport undertakes to ship the products as quickly as possible and in any case within 8 working days from the day after the order was received from the Customer, excluding weekends and holidays.

The total amount of shipping costs will be visible before proceeding with the purchase confirmation.

The shipped goods will be checked and handed over to the courier intact and without defects. Max Sport S.n.c cannot be held in any way responsible for any delays or damages attributable to the courier’s fault.

The ordered goods depend exclusively on the Customer’s will. If they are refused, Max Sport S.n.c will charge the Customer for both the outbound and return shipping costs.
