This website is dedicated to the promotion and online sale of sportswear products marketed by Max Sport S.n.c. The customer expressly declares to make purchases for purposes unrelated to any commercial or professional activity.
Purchases made on maxsportstore.com are governed by these general terms of sale, which may be amended at any time by Max Sport S.n.c., effective upon publication on the site. Sending the order by the customer constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale published on the website at that time.

3. Contract Conclusion

9. Return Policy
9.1 The Customer has the right to return the goods within 50 working days from the date of shipment of the package. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the Customer.
10. Warranty and Support

10.2 Defects appearing within 6 months are presumed pre-existing.
10.3 Remedies include repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
