Trango Tower Extreme GTX is a fully crampon-compatible boot designed for technical mountain use on ice and mixed terrain. The upper is made from an exclusive high-tenacity fabric with mono-filament reinforcements featuring differentiated Honey-Comb Guard™ anti-abrasion technology positioned in the areas most subject to abrasion. The distinctive Trango aesthetic helps keep weight down, a feature also aided by the Vibram tread with the exclusive La Sportiva Cube design with lightweight tread. The GORE-TEX Insulated Comfort membrane guarantees thermal insulation, waterproofing, and breathability, while the 3D-Flex System ankle junction allows for improved control on foot. The differentiated lacing system between the upper and lower sections allows for perfect adjustment of volumes for optimal comfort. The Trango series is enriched with technical and aesthetic features that are always ahead of their time.
