The Aequilibrium LT GTX is a heavy-duty alpine hiking boot, ideal for backpacking and multi-day hikes at high altitude. Exceptional walkability is achieved thanks to the innovative Double Heel™ heel construction: the very pronounced double heel geometry increases the braking effect on descents and allows for a smoother roll, reducing muscle fatigue. Durability and lightness coexist harmoniously thanks to the new sole/midsole package with an external Rubber Guard™ shell construction and internal foam material for enhanced cushioning and lightness derived from fewer rubber layers. The ergonomic shape is snug and precise, with integrated TPU shells at the toe and heel reinforcing the upper. The 3D Flex System Evo™ directional hinge with shaped malleolus and abrasion protection allows for better control of the support and perfect ankle mobility. Vibram® SpringLug Tech outsole with Impact Brake System lugs for greater adaptability to hard rock surfaces.
