The Olympus Mons Cube is the pinnacle of technical performance for Himalayan mountaineering, Arctic crossings, and use in extremely cold conditions. It is the first boot designed for Arctic crossings thanks to the attachment points for Skipalp Tech bindings on the front. It uses the most cutting-edge technologies available on the market to ensure lightness, quick fit, safety, and water repellency for mountaineers. The boot combines the most advanced footwear technologies in a product 100% made in Ziano di Fiemme, in the Dolomites. This model features extremely compact external volumes, making it a dual-thermal high-mountain boot, and is lighter than the previous version, making it the lightest model in its category. It features a super-clean, seamless design, thanks to the innovative UltraSound Welded technology that allows materials to be joined seamlessly. The external Corner Zip™ zipper runs the full length of the gaiter, allowing for a full opening and direct access to the shell. The BOA® Fit System allows for differentiated adjustment of the upper and lower inner shell tension, designed for glove-friendly use and for ease of use in extreme conditions. The removable thermal bootie provides an additional layer of insulation and speeds up drying times at base camp. The unique lightness is made possible thanks to Vibram® Litebase + Vibram® Morflex, a heat-insulating sole that combines rubber and expanded EVA for maximum lightness and abrasion resistance.
